   Mr. Gundersen is an investment and financial adviser to companies, non-profit organizations and Native American tribes. His eighteen years of business experience includes mergers and acquisitions, investment management and corporate finance across a wide range of industries, including energy (oil & gas, power generation), advertising & marketing, consumer products, real estate, healthcare, retail, manufacturing, entertainment, interactive media, insurance, financial services, business services and computer software, among others. Mr. Gundersen presently works with several Native American nations on wind and solar development, mineral extraction, and oil and gas projects, as well as retail development and technology infrastructure projects.

During his career he has worked as an analyst, investment banker and in-house financial advisor for corporate financings, acquisitions, joint ventures and investments. He has worked on over 100 transactions with an aggregate value exceeding $1.25 billion in the United States, Europe and Asia.

He received his bachelor degree in business administration from the University of Washington in Seattle and his MBA from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California. Mr. Gundersen, who is member of the Navajo Nation, also served eight years in the United States Marine Corps Reserve.

 Annmarie C. Alaniz_(web) Annmarie Alaniz is an Investment Advisor Representative with Tallsalt Advisors. She brings nineteen years of investment industry experience working with individual and corporate clients. Ms. Alaniz advises individuals, tribally-owned companies, and Native American grant schools on retirement accounts and investment portfolios. She is actively involved in Tallsalt’s investment research activities providing her with first hand insights into key economic and investment trends. She also contributes her time to the complimentary investment education sessions Tallsalt provided to Native American communities.

Throughout her investment and financial planning career, she has worked at several leading financial firms. As an agent, servicing annuity, life and risk management insurance clients and as a registered advisor associate, she has been servicing brokerage and managed accounts at leading brokerage and financial firms in Phoenix and Scottsdale areas. Her experience rage from firms offering speculative investment options (IPO’s), to brokerage, financial planning and fee based managed platforms. She joined Tallsalt in September 2011. Ms. Alaniz graduted with an A.A.S degree in business from Mesa Community College, and holds Series 6, 63, and 65 securities licenses and is licensed in the State of Arizona to offer health and life insurance.

As a community leader and volunteer, Ms. Alaniz is currently the President of the Phoenix chapter of ALPFA, and Chapter Director for Women of ALPFA, Phoenix. ALPFA is a national organization focused on building Latino business leaders. She is also an active member with the American Indian Chamber of Commerce of Arizona (AICCAz) and its student mentor program. She is an Accredited Investment Fiduciary.

 Aaron Edelheit_(web)  Aaron Edelheit is Tallsalt’s Portfolio Manager and President of Sabre Value Management, a Santa Barbara based investment advisory firm. His ten years of experience include research, trading and portfolio management across a wide array of industries both domestically and internationally.

Mr. Edelheit began his career at Individual Investor Group, a personal finance publishing firm. Initial duties of stock research led to a promotion to senior research analyst and broader duties, including management of the Special Situations Report, a stock recommendation newsletter.

Mr. Edelheit started Sabre Value Management in 1998. After building up assets to a sufficient level, he launched the Sabre Value Fund in 2002.

He received his BA in business administration from the University of Georgia.
